Thomas Hammer Coffee Roasters is looking for a coffee-centric, outgoing, self motivated achiever that wants to join the best coffee roasting team in Spokane and likes a swivel office chair. Applicant will be expected to multitask in areas of order entry, customer invoicing, internal report generation and inter office communication, be able to greet visitors and customers at our Headquarters (we are busy). Also has experience with proper phone etiquette, mail processing, filing, UPS Shipping and light office cleaning tasks. If the applicant was also fashion forward who can trade the dress shoes for sneakers once a week and is not afraid to vacuum, use Windex, and dust, as we like a squeaky clean work space, then this might be the right job. Making a killer air pot of coffee for customers can help too.
Preferred applicants would have:
excellent knowledge of what is "great customer service"
previous professional office experience
experience with Microsoft Word/Excel/Accounting software
previous experience in the coffee industry
AA degree or higher education accomplishment
An understanding of Business Casual Office Attire
Hours M-F 8:00m to 4pm
Pay: $12.50 or higher if your qualifications Rock.
