Cycrest Systems, Spokane's Premier, Customer-Service driven, Managed IT Services Company, continues to grow and has an openings for a Level 1 and level 2 Technician/Engineer. These positions will be open until filled.
These positions require a strong communicator who is detail oriented. An organized individual with good time-management skills, who functions effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be friendly, builds trust and has strong communication skills. A typical day can include client consultations and troubleshooting, network builds and installs, software and network implementation, phone support, and other technical support as needed. Ideal candidates can troubleshoot networks, workstations, servers, software, and peripherals while maintaining a high commitment to customer service.
Must have strong follow up and follow through skills on a consistent basis. The ideal candidate will be part of a fast-paced and dynamic environment where multitasking is a constant and teamwork is rewarded. -Service Repairs
-Preventative Maintenance
-Small to Mid-Size Business Network Installs & Deployment
-Break-Fix Solutions
-Telephone, Remote, & Onsite Support in Spokane Area
-Technical Design and Configuration
Preferred Skills and Qualities:
-Experience Troubleshooting Hardware, Software, and Networking Problems
- Knowledge of multiple network operating systems, protocols, security, and implementation
-Excellent Customer Service Skills
-Excellent Communication Skills
-Team player
-Outgoing and Friendly Personality
-Knowledge of the Greater Spokane Area
-Kaseya & ConnectWise Experience Helpful
-MCSE/MCITP or related certifications highly desired
-Windows Server and virtual server experience
Requirements:
-2 + years directly related work experience
-AAS/Bachelors in network admin/computer science helpful but not required
- Must be knowledgeable of the Greater Spokane Area
- Must have a current valid driver's license, dependable transportation, and vehicle insurance
