We are currently seeking a Direct Sales Supervisor to develop and grow our Hayden, ID Direct Sales Team. As a Supervisor, hiring and training your Sales Team is your primary responsibility. Other responsibilities include (not limited to): daily/weekly/monthly reporting, payroll, daily sales meetings, one-on-one and group training, and projecting future growth. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years Sales Management experience and know how to motivate people to strive, grow, succeed, and be innovative with recruiting and training efforts.

Job Requirements:
2 years Sales Management experience required
Must be able to pass a drug screen
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Goal oriented, driven individual
Must be able to multi-task and manage multiple moving parts of our business
Must have good driving record
Responsibilities:
Recruiting, Training, Daily Sales Meetings, and Payroll
Conduct Landscape/Pest Control analysis and provide solutions to customers needs
