Position Available:
Position: Assistant Property Manager
Pay: DOE , up to $15/hour
Schedule: Mon- Fri - 30-40 hours/week - somewhat flexible
Seasonal: Mid-April through October - weather dependant
Landscape and Building Maintenance Responsibilities
- weeding, planting, pruning, mulching, general yard work, etc.
- painting, window washing, minor construction, troubleshooting, etc.
Must be reliable, trustworthy, & able to work independently.
Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs repeatedly, work outside in all types of weather, and have reliable transportation, truck preferable.
