Atlas Automotive is looking for an entry level automotive technician / mechanic. Our customer base has been growing and we are looking to add a technician to our team. We are a local company that has been here since 1994 and we work on all makes and models and are looking for someone to join our company.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We treat our employees as family and are looking for someone who is looking to work as a team and not as an individual. You would be preforming all types of entry level repairs from engine oil changes to regular maintenance and repairs of vehicles. Of course, we would only give you what you can handle so it is important for you to let us know where your skill level is. One thing about our shop is we train and work with you to work with all aspects of the vehicle and that way you get a well rounded experience at work and aren't doing the same thing over and over as a mechanic.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to work good with others
- Must have own tools
- Must be drug free and be able to pass drug tests
- Must be willing to clean and maintain the shop
- Must keep your work area and customers cars clean
- Experience working as a mechanic
- Good with multitasking
- Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable
- Must be able to drive a manual car / truck
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to learn new equipment and have a good understanding on how all aspects of the vehicles work
