Davenport Hotels is seeking Building Maintenance team members to make a difference at our luxurious Davenport Hotels by utilizing your building maintenance skills! Our Forbs 4-Star and LEED Certified properties operate with the highest level of building maintenance expectation, along with the desire to exceed the needs of our guests.
Team members are responsible for general maintenance, repairs and preventative maintenance in guest suites, meeting space, restaurant and public space areas. This role may also perform repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, kitchen and laundry equipment.
Candidates must be professional and positive. Both experienced and entry level positions are available! These are full-time positions, offering competitive benefits and vacation package. Candidates must be able to work independently and available weekends. Salary ranges from $13-$20/hour DOE.
