A Day in the Life as an HVAC Installer
You'll be engaging with our highly valuable customers on a daily basis, so it is vital that you can show them how much we care by being courteous and helpful. Your ability to follow and carry out managers directions will help you accurately complete assigned jobs in a timely manner according to a set schedule. You'll spend your day installing HVAC systems and components while maintaining a clean and safe job site. You can expect to learn new things every day.
What you Need to be Qualified for the HVAC Installer Position
To be qualified for the HVAC Installer position, you must be a team player with a positive attitude. Your excellent verbal and written communication skills will take customer service to the next level. Excellent driving skills and a clean driving record will be a benefit to our company. Background checks and drug tests are a part of our hiring process. A medium to advanced level of understanding in HVAC installation is a must as we would like to get you up to speed quickly.
Benefits for the HVAC Installer Position
As a part of our company, you are entitled to some great benefits. Some of these benefits include medical insurance after 90 days with the company paying 75% to you as the employee. It also includes six paid holidays per year, one paid week of vacation after one year and two weeks paid vacation after three years. We also offer a 401k match after you are vested and an annual bonus based on profitability. We don't lay employees off. You'll be provided with a company vehicle for work and we have plenty of work to keep you busy!
