Our Spokane hub is looking for an Operations Agent to lead our early morning shift. In this role we are looking for someone who can safely operate a forklift, sort freight, build and wrap pallets, pick & pull orders, communicate and coordinate with drivers, provide direction to warehouse staff, handle will-call, zip through order entry on a computer and use a smartphone app for barcode scanning. You need the ability to lift and carry 50 pound cartons regularly, and occasionally lift 70 pounds, and be comfortable driving a cargo van for deliveries. This position is Monday through Friday, usually from 6:00 AM until 2:30PM plus weekend shifts on-call on rotating weekends. Start and end times can fluctuate due to operational needs so flexibility is a must
If you enjoy working independently, but can also work well with other team members, this might be the perfect opportunity for you. The starting wage for this position is $19.00/hr. The wage range for Operations Agent workers at WPX is between $17.25 - $21.75 per hour.
