BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST

Manufacturer & Supplier of Raw Materials for major retailers, grocers, pharmaceutical companies, and discount shopping centers known for quality, services & environmental sustainability.

The Business Process Analyst orchestrates Business Process Modeling (BPM) and integrates it into critical areas of the business. This Analyst will be responsible for creating a transformative practice within the company, leading standardization, and process optimization, documentation, streamlining and driving of efficiencies. This is an opportunity to lead a brand-new roadmap for a National Brand.

The person in this position evangelizes and gains support of the business for a significant build out. The Analyst will collaborate with different business functions to establish rapport for initiative execution. The Business Process Analyst acts as a liaison between IT and the business, understands strategic direction of technology teams, formulates support structure for IT teams including feature capabilities and identifies ways to improve every area of the business. The role requires a strong communicator who can harmonize with all areas of the organization while getting buy-in from the executive teams & CIO on business processes.

DAY-TO-DAY

:


  • Optimize business systems to support corporate functions, (Monthly Closing Processes, Accounting, Treasury, receive applied cash, payment distribution, budgeting & planning, purchasing & procurement.

  • Engage with vendor partners, contractors and relevant stakeholders, act as a SME or consultant for the overall strategy. Work in tandem with the Project Management Office (PMO) and internal Technology Teams to ensure accurate alignment of IT supply & demand along with effective resource planning.

  • Establish relationships with business partners, communicate with senior leaders, understand strategy, interpret that into a technical roadmap from an application or technology perspective with workflows , data requirements, demand management, work request, project request, work on medium-sized to large-projects, transmit information to IT to generate project requests for teams to execute on.


REQUIREMENTS

:


  • Min 5 years exp. in Business Process Analysis

  • Min 3 years exp. in the manufacturing industry is ideal

  • BPM tools (IE: Bizagi, Pega or BlueWork, Visio) additionally: (SIPOC, DMAIC, Six Sigma, Lean, 5S, value stream analysis, &/or other modelling/simulation techniques)

  • Familiarity with Financial &/or Procurement Systems: Order-To-Cash, Procure-To-Pay as it relates to Business Process Management

  • Exposure/awareness of tech ie: JD Edwards or &/or Oracle Financials systems are huge +'s

  • Bachelor's Degree in a Relevant Discipline




LOCATION

: PLEASE NOTE, this role is primarily Remote but must be able to travel to Eastern Washington on occasion, therefore must be within a reasonable (a couple of hours) drivable distance to Eastern-most, Washington State.

INTERVIEW PROCESS: 30-minute screening, Panel Interview with 4-5 critical team members, interview with CIO.

COMPENSATION/BENEFITS

: $100,000-$120,000/Year Base Salary, 10% Annual Bonus Incentive, 401-K: 3.5% of employee earnings, match of 70% on up to first 6% employee contribution, fully vested after 2 years. Medical, Dental.
