Job Description:

· Support data requests and reporting across all patient access, clinical, and financial areas

· Manage intake of data request s and produce timely, high-quality reports, ad hoc requests, cubes, dashboards, and other analytics and data visualizations for customers

· Work with end users and Analysts to document and problem solve issues, perform problem analysis, and deliver resolutions

· Work with end users and Analysts to research, analyze, and understand business requirements and operational workflows to meet customer reporting goals

· Design, develop, validate, test, and implement reports, dashboards and data extracts from Epic and enterprise Data warehouse

· Writes complex Structured Query Language (SQL) queries/extracts to pull data from various data sources

· Facilitates the validation and testing of new or revised reports. Works with user s and Analysts to verify results and content, develops errors or exception reports when applicable and receives official user sign off on completed work

· Provide ongoing support for production reporting environments and optimize queries to decrease report run times

Qualification:

• Extensive work experience performing clinical or financial reporting analysis and developing custom reports in a health care setting
• Experience working with customers to understand needs, research complex data models and create reports from scratch to align with customer’s goals
• Familiarity with standard financial and operational concepts, as well as an understanding of healthcare finance preferred
• Knowledge of inpatient and outpatient clinical, back office and billing related workflows preferred
• Two to Three ( 2-3 ) years’ experience working with Structured Query Language ( SQL ) tools such as SAS, Business Objects Crystal Reports, QlikView , Microsoft SQL, Tableau, etc.
• Advanced knowledge of database concepts, use of data dictionaries and record viewers and other tools required to map data elements needed for reporting
• Experience working with relational databases , data warehousing technology and client-server applications
• Epic certifications in Epic Clarity Data Model , Clarity Patient Access Data Models, Clarity Clinical Data Models, Clarity Revenue Data Models , Epic Radar and Reporting Workbench preferred

Qualifications

• Minimum 3years'of work experience performing clinical or financial reporting analysis and developing custom reports in a health care setting
• Two to Three ( 2-3 ) years’ experience working with Structured Query Language ( SQL ) tools such as SAS, Business Objects Crystal Reports, QlikView , Microsoft SQL, Tableau, etc.
• Epic certifications in Epic Clarity Data Model , Clarity Patient Access Data Models, Clarity Clinical Data Models, Clarity Revenue Data Models , Epic Radar and Reporting Workbench preferred
