Job Description

Looking for a well experienced Oracle Functional resource who will support Accounts Receivable (AR).Support the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance for a function end to end. Activities include analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization.

Duties includes working with the business process lead to:

• Responsible for working with the business process leads to analyze requirements, configure Oracle modules (Cash Management, Accounts Receivable, Collections) and design Oracle RICEW objects related to the OTC process flow

• Lead functional requirements gathering / process definition meetings, update documents as required

• Address requirements around TROR and loan processing

• Create RTM crosswalk to testing scenarios, training modules

• Define testing scenarios

• Manage testing plan and triage issues related to testing

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate multiple project experience in AR and PA areas in a leadership role with specific experience with Order-to-Cash (O2C / OTC)
• Sound knowledge of key AR process areas are a MUST
• Knowledgeable of TROR
• At lease 7 years of experience, preferably in Federal Oracle Application projects
• Ability to independently develop Functional Design documents
• Ability to produce client documents to a high standard
• Able to multitask and work across many cross functional and matrix teams
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance

• US Citizenship and background investigation required to attain favorable entry on duty (EOD)/public trust clearance.
