Our clienthas a requirement for full system development life cycle (SDLC) services in implementing and maintaining a Business Applications Solution including Core Financial Management, Acquisition Management, Property Management, Enterprise Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence reporting, Data Archiving and all related administrative system interfaces.

Initially the work will be done remotely but post-pandemic work will be performed at a few different client sites along the NW to SE Maryland/Washington, DC Metro corridor,including Washington, DC itself.

We are seeking an Oracle SOA Developerwith emphasis on integration technologies, currently working in Oracle/WebLogic technologies. Responsible for Continuous Delivery of automated processes through end-to-end internal and B2B technical integrations. In an Agile, fast-paced team, an understanding of how the different systems work together is a must, and may require development work in each of the systems for successful delivery to customers

• Analyze business and functional requirements to create an integration strategy and specifications via capabilities of Oracle SOA and EBS
• Collaborate with EBS developers to build interfaces between third party systems and Oracle EBS in an Oracle SOA environment
• Primarily responsible for the technical design and development of integration components such as SOAP and/or REST based web services utilizing Oracle EBS adapters, database adapter, BPEL, etc
• Create and maintain integration related artifacts and documentations
• Assists in development of application user support documentations such as user guides, training materials
• Participate in the testing phase to fix any defects and performance problems and conduct complete technical reviews, support code migration, and provide technical artifacts

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or higher-level degree with 7+ years of experience.
• Experience in Oracle SOA 11g/12c, web services, BPEL, and Composites using Jdeveloper
• Knowledge in development of Oracle EBS RICEW objects for financial modules in SQL and PL/SQL
• Experience in building web services, SOAP and RESTful deployed in a SOA environment
• Experience in development of complex Data Structures (XSD and XML) and integration mapping/transformation using XQuery, XSL, XLST technology
• Expertise in using SOA technology adapters such as Web Services Adapter, REST Adapter, Database Adapter, EBS Adapter, JMS Adapter and File Adapter for integration and development of custom business processes, service components using Oracle BPEL
• Knowledge in testing integration interfaces using SOAP UI and/or other testing tools
