RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is looking to add two 100% remote Customer Experience Survey Specialists in Vancouver, Washington (WA). These positions will be working with one of our top Fortune 500 clients who focus in R&D and consumer facing technology. This position will likely be remote for the entire duration, however the team sits in PST so this person will need to be willing to work PST hours.

Summary:
The Customer Experience (CX) Survey Analyst role is a strategic and facilitative role to help understand and articulate our customers' feedback and experience around pain points, needs, and based on best in class customer experiences that enable high customer satisfaction and business outcomes. To be successful in this role, the Customer Experience Survey Analyst should have a background in: CX Analytics, Customer Experience Management, Survey Writing, Survey Methodology, survey interpretation Market Research, and Customer Journey Mapping.

Additional duties:
Work with business owners to develop questions and survey methodology
Understand how to understand and interpret survey results
Present the data and structure results

REQUIREMENTS:
3-5 years of experience working with customer surveys, both in creation & interpretation of results
Prior experience working with consumer products & consumer facing surveys
Ability to present data to various stakeholders - including senior leadership
Strong math and statistics skills
Understanding of customer journey strategies
Experience with small business and enterprise customer feedback
Experience with mobile applications and email feedback
Any relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
