RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is seeking an experienced On-Site Supervisor for an enterprise client in Vancouver, WA. Summary:
This opportunity will enable an On-Site Supervisor to manage overall client engagement at client site including on-boarding, off-boarding, performance management, consultant evaluations, project management, strategic planning, monthly metrics, and interaction between client managers and Kforce team, in order to provide superior consultant care.

While working on-site with our client you will be asked to perform the below duties and additional duties upon request:
Onboarding and Offboarding Kforce consultants
Working directly with sales, operations and recruiting teams for on-boarding, offboarding, ISS/Immigration issues, consultant travel, and HR related issues
Creating and maintaining consultant tracker using Excel, Teams, etc.
Leading first day orientation and reviewing checklist with new consultants on first day
Conducting first week, second week, and ongoing meetings with all consultants
Regular and consistent communication with consultants
Working with Account Managers and Recruiters to share important information learned from consultant 1v1s, including but not limited to: Weekly email passdown; Direct communication with AM/Recruiter (email, phone, text, etc.)
Documenting prevalent issues among consultant population
Ongoing day-to-day Performance Management
Timecard approvals and monitoring including OT and time off tracking
Updating and maintaining consultant playbooks
Organize consultant care activities, recognition, and social events in-person and virtual
Kforce recognition program

REQUIREMENTS:
Associate degree or higher preferred
Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
A focus on business satisfaction, with strong interpersonal skills and responsiveness
Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of technical skill sets and client management teams
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Proven ability to build and manage relationships effectively
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
