East Wenatchee company is seeking an full time (M-F 8-5) Accounts Payable Specialist. The Accounts Payable Specialist will assist with accounting department tasks including, but not limited to processing vendor invoices and payments, 1099 preparation and maintenance, month end reporting as well as researching and resolving issues associated with vendor invoicing. This position may also provide support to accounting team members. The candidate must be flexible to work additional hours as needed during critical deadlines such as month end and year-end closing. Desired candidate will be organized and detailed, will have 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience, strong Excel and Word skills, and be a strong communicator.
