We are looking to hire a financial advisor to join our team! CNC Financial Group, LLC, a wealth management firm, is seeking an accomplished, full time financial advisor with a strong track record of success, a passion for financial planning, and wealth management experience to work inside 1st Global Capital Corporation. CNCFG is aligned and affiliated with offices of Cordell, Neher & Company, PLLC, one of North Central Washingtons largest and most respected accounting firms. To qualify for this position, you must be an entrepreneurial, experienced financial planner whose professionalism, competence and integrity complement the traditional services and high practice standards of CPA's and attorneys. To excel in this tightly regulated role you should have appropriate licenses and a deep knowledge of all the latest financial products on the market.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in business, finance or related field.

Current FINRA Series 7 and 63 Securities Registration (66 or 65 preferred).

Life and health license.

One or more professional designations: CFA, CFP, CLU or ChFC.

A minimum of 5 years of client facing production experience with verifiable commissions of $100,000+ annually.

Experience providing a full range of financial planning solutions.

Knowledge of mutual fund, securities, and insurance industries.

Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint and comfortable using a computer for various tasks.

Professional image and consultative sales style.

Investment philosophy in line with 1st Globals philosophy. An integrated approach that empowers affiliate CPA firms and financial advisors to weave diverse elements of a clients financial picture into a unified, tax-centric financial plan that meets the clients long-term goals.

Valid drivers license.

Responsibilities:

Talking to clients to determine their expenses, income, insurance coverage, financial objectives, tax status, risk tolerance, or other information needed to develop a financial plan.

Answering client questions about financial plans and strategies and giving financial advice.

Advising strategies for clients in insurance coverage, investment planning, cash management and other areas to help clients reach their financial objectives.

Reviewing client accounts and plans on a regular basis to understand if life or economic changes, situational concerns, or financial performance necessitate changes in their plan. Contacting clients regularly to discover changes in their financial status.

Analyzing financial data received from clients to develop strategies for meeting clients' financial goals.

Preparing or interpreting financial document summaries, investment performance reports and income projections for clients.

Managing and updating client portfolios.

Building and maintaining a strong client base.

Salary based upon experience.
