We provide construction services in the private and public market for both new, remodel and tenant improvement work.
Rimmer & Roeter Construction is seeking an organized, motivated and efficient Construction Manager / Estimator with the capability to coordinate multiple construction projects from there conception to punch list/close out. Applicant must have a minimum of 5+ years experience as a Construction Project Manager, have a strong familiarity with computers and software programs for job costing, scheduling, project management and estimating, and be technically competent in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Projects. We also utilize Procore & ProEst, Must have good oral and written communication skills. Salary will depend on your experience, benefits available include 401K, Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO (Paid Time Off - Vacation), and Holiday Pay.
