Professional Land Surveyor

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
Must be registered as a Land Surveyor in the State of Washington.
Must possess a valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
Experience in surveying, including topography, boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, platting, construction staking, and preparing legal descriptions and easements, etc.
Knowledge of engineering design and construction practices.
Knowledge of land surveying equipment and software, including Civil 3D, AutoCAD and LDD.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Research, review and prepare technical correspondence and complete comprehensive reports as necessary.
Produce plans, maps, files and charts as necessary.
Assist in project proposal preparation.
Review final legal descriptions, survey plats and field note reductions for accuracy and completeness.
Represent the company effectively in client relations.
Communicate and present information to clients and the general public.
The ability to manage staff and survey crews, day to day project assignments both in the office and the field.
Effectively communicate with co-workers and staff and to create and maintain a team building network.
