Syndicate Smith is seeking a Project Architect with the following qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years industry experience
- B. Arch or M. Arch degree from accredited university architecture program
- Strong technical knowledge in conceptual design, building planning and detailing, construction documentation, and construction administration
- Proven ability to produce quality construction documents
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent Communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
- Proven self-motivation with ability to multitask, take direction and initiative.
