Erlandsen, a well-established Surveying, Planning and Civil Engineering consulting firm has an opportunity for a highly motivated Field Technician to join our team in Central Washington.
Experience/Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
College Level Coursework in Survey Technology is preferred
Valid Drivers License
Preferred Computer Skills
o Autocad and/or arcgis
o Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Excellent Organizational and Communication Skills
Ability to Work Independently and as a Team Member
Experience and Desire to do Physical Outdoor Work Daily in all Weather Conditions
Experience with GPS, Robotic Total Stations and Levels a must.
Physical Requirements
Ability to Work Extended Hours, including some Saturdays, as necessary
Ability to lift rocks and other objects up to 50 pounds
Ability to hike
Responsibilities
Flexibility in Daily Schedule
Overnight Travel May be Required
Proficiency in Learning New Software and Technologies
Download Field Data from Data Collectors to Office Computers.
