Compensation: DOE (Includes full tip sharing with front of house staff)
Employment type: Full-time and Part time available
Experience is Important But Not Necessarily Required, but must have a willingness to learn!

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Prep Work - Cutting vegetables, butchering meats and preparing sauces. Follows recipes and par levels set forth by kitchen manager.
Setting up and stocking line with necessary supplies
Cooking menu items in cooperation with all staff. We are a team!!
Responsible for expediting orders, cleaning dishes and interacting with guests
Plans and prepares for holiday and special event volume differentials
Performs all duties in adherence to kitchen manager
Maintains a positive and professional demeanor towards all staff, guest and management. Adheres to dress and appearance code.
Assures meals are appetizing and served punctually
Prepares meals adhering to all portion control policies and procedures
Assures food is correctly stored, adhering to all health department policies and procedures (e.g., labels and dates)
Maintain kitchen is cleaned both during and after shifts
Performs special kitchen cleaning tasks according to schedule
Kitchen employees must follow all safety procedures, including wearing prescribed safety and personal protective equipment and notify manager of safety hazards
Must be available on weekends and some Holidayâs
Must have reliable transportation and Food Handler's permit
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, a positive attitude, great work ethic are required
Ability to read and write!
