Wing Central's Roadhouse Grill is searching for a Front of House Manager to join our team! This person should have a minimum of two years FOH managing background, strive to develop our staff, have the ability to meet food and labor goals & have a desire to work for a growing company with multiple concepts.
We value a positive and flexible attitude, motivational leadership skills, and a commitment to meeting and/or exceeding our daily business goals! This is a highly responsible position, you must be able to lead and train by example and enjoy working in a team environment to ensure 100% guest satisfaction and happy employees.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years as a supervisor in a full-service restaurant setting
- Commitment to providing legendary guest service
- Self-motivated and energetic
- Ability to work weekends and evenings
- Ability to lead others in a positive manner
This is a full-time hourly position offering a very competitive starting wage for just the right person.
