We are a locally focused vacation rental management company, which prides itself on delivering worry free rental experiences for both our owner clients and guests. Our knowledge of the area and all it has to offer sets us apart from our competition, who may not specialize in our unique and popular community.
We are looking for full time employees to add to our housekeeping team. The hours for this position do require weekends, with a schedule of Thursday through Monday.
Requirements:
Must have a working smartphone to access the scheduling app and receive schedule notifications.
Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle in good working order for all seasons.
Must be flexible to work weekends
Attention to detail is very important
Ability to work efficiently with others as well as independently
Preferred Skills:
Previous commercial/residential cleaning or housekeeping experience is preferred
Positive attitude, able to adapt, assess and resolve issues
Ability to work independently
Physical Qualifications:
This job requires the ability to lift and carry large linen bags (towels, sheets, etc), or up to 50 lbs, between office and your car, as well as to and from your car and the properties being cleaned
Must be able to move freely in the following ways:
Frequent bending, kneeling and crouching
Repetitive movement of hands, arms and legs for sweeping, vacuuming, mopping,
etc
