High Volume Leavenworth restaurant/bar in search of a Kitchen Manager.
If you are well-organized, dedicated, and have high volume cooking experience, we would love to hear from you! Candidates with strong problem solving skills, natural leadership qualities and the ability to remain calm under pressure are encouraged to apply!
RESPONSIBILITES:
Hiring and Scheduling of staff
Food preparation and execution
Ordering of product
Sourcing of product (with guidance from Executive Chef)
Managing food and labor costs effectively
Equipment maintenance and cleaning
Managing Inventories
Present during peak hours of service and expediting the line
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum five years working in a high volume, full-service kitchen
Ability to personally execute and oversee each position in the kitchen
Industry Knowledge
Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish highly preferred
