Washington State Food Handler's Permit (within 14 days of hire)
Ability to multitask effectively in a high volume, fast-paced environment, while maintaining composure
Must be attentive toward maintaining one's station
Positive, upbeat and friendly demeanor; ability to interact with all team members
Previous kitchen experience is preferred
Clean work habits and strong attention to detail
