A Wenatchee Dental practice is growing and seeking a personable, positive clinical & sterilization assistant. This position, working alongside our team, is 4 days per week. This individual must have strong work ethics & great customer service skills.
BILINGUAL REQUIRED, DENTAL OFFICE EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED but not required.
Duties will include:
Dental assistant duties mostly consist of preparing the patient for the dental examination/procedure, assisting the dentist/denturist during dental procedures, and readying operatories and instruments.
Some specific dental assisting job duties may include:
Sterilizing dental instruments and equipment, and placing for easy access
Maintaining good work flow by
Preparing patients for dental procedures by making them comfortable and providing any instructions
Preparing the dental exam room for use by the provider by making sure it is stocked and organized
Assisting the providers during procedures
Assisting with dental x-rays
Answering patient questions before and after an appointment
Ability to multi-task, be flexible and work independently as well as with a team
Attention to detail
