Chelan General Contractor seeks a Construction Project Leader. That person will provide construction project management has well as direct work on each project. Small projects work alone on small projects and as project leader/worker on larger projects. The projects will be both remodels and new construction. Required to have at least 4 years of experience in renovation and/or new construction finishing. Willing to work on an independent basis without close supervision. Provide construction management and supervision of subcontractors and firms workers.
Compensation based on experience at the top end of compensation for the Chelan Area. Compensation will include bonuses based upon project success - customer satisfaction, on time completion and within budget.
