The generalist position is full-time, year-round with full benefits package. The position will provide maintenance for facilities and grounds. The focus is on preventative care of grounds and facility. Assist in the upkeep, repair, and troubleshooting all aspects of the property. Ongoing projects include interior painting, light plumbing and electrical, as well as light HVAC. The position does not require a license as a licensed professional will be contacted if we are not able to troubleshoot issues ourselves. Seasonal duties include snow removal and storing/delivering firewood around the property. Experience with heavy equipment a plus to include Bobcat and Gehl. The generalist works closely with all departments and has frequent interactions with guests. You must maintain a professional and hospitable attitude and appearance at all times.
