Columbia Yard Service is looking for a hard working individual to assist with a busy landscape maintenance schedule through the end of this summer. Columbia Yard Service is family owned and operated, and is in its 23rd year of business upholding an excellent reputation in the community. We are looking for an honest and dependable individual who will sustain our high level of customer service and quality of work performed. This position is to start immediately, and will run throughout the majority of summer with a tentative ending date in early fall (with the possibility of continuing past this summer season if desired). Tasks will include maintaining a weekly mow schedule; trimming; weed pulling; and other landscape maintenance tasks as needed. Starting wage is $14/hour with a performance based increase after a short probationary period. Some weekends needed.
The following are the minimum requirements we are looking for in a candidate:
18+ years of age.
Drivers License with a good driving record.
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.
Must be able to withstand working in hot weather at times.
Must be able to self-supervise and maintain their own route.
Must be able to pass a background check and provide at least 1 character reference.
No experience needed for the right person & if you are willing to learn!
