Ability to effectively communicate with other members of the staff
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audience
Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
Attend phones and customer service as backup to customer support when needed
Eagerness to learn new things
Proficient with the Internet
Understanding basic HTML/ CSS
General Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
Maintaining or increasing quality standards for all products
Various other tasks as assigned by Management
