The current posted position requires a detail-oriented, energetic person who has experience in customer service and/or inside sales. If you have interested in reloading or precision shooting that could be a big plus!
Posted Position:
The Customer Service Sales/Tech role is critical part for L.E. Wilson's Team. You will be working with online retail and phone customers daily. It is important to note; you would need to learn the ins and outs of our products and be willing and able to learn the technical side of things as well. If you are willing and able to learn we will train in detail about how to use our products.
We live in a production atmosphere, there is no shortage of work to do. Being a small family run business you will have the opportunity to work in several different areas of the business, which includes keeping dealer accounts up to date on product changes, pricing, new products, product knowledge and all areas of sales. This could also include updating website content, and social media accounts. To be successful in the role, this person must be self-driven, motivated and able to follow detailed instructions. Position reports and works directly with General Manager.
Preferred skills:
EXPERIENCE in any of these areas customer service, answering phones, sales, tech support
MUST have excellent computer skills
MUST have excellent communication skills
ENJOY working with customers and handling phone calls

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
College degree or equivalent work experience required
Be detail-oriented, quality-minded, solution-oriented team player
Able to lift to 60 pounds
Strong work ethic
Positive attitude a MUST!
Comply with all safety policies and procedures
Participate in the continuous improvement processes at L.E. Wilson Inc.
Must be punctual; on time every day and ready to work
Be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to provide eligibility documents for employment in the United States
Understand, speak, read, and write English; perform math calculations
Be willing and learn to follow work instructions
Be a self-starter, independent worker, reliable and prompt, have reliable transportation
Must have ability to multi-task
Must have stable work history
Must be able and willing to work overtime as required with little notice
Must be flexible to perform other work assignments as needed
Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
