Dispatcher/Customer Service Office Assistant
Primary Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service
Receive general phone calls and greet visitors
Receive and dispatch lead calls and job referrals
Perform detailed and accurate data entry, including analyzing dispatch
Reports
Coordinate crew and job scheduling
Perform general administration duties
Other duties as assigned
Position Requirements
2+ year(s) of administrative or office-related experience
Customer service experience, quality assurance, and scheduling a plus
Experience in service industry environment a plus
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper
Pronunciation and grammar, and a consistently courteous and professional
tone of voice at all times
Polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills, including
listening and questioning skills
Ability to remain calm and professional during tense or stressful
Situations
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Very self-motivated and goal-oriented
Ability to multi-task
Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)
Ability to learn new software, F.S.M, Warranty and PUD Rebates
Minimum of HSD/GED preferred
JOB REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
Reliability / Good Attendance
Previous experience in customer service and/or a dispatcher of at least
1 year
Must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office products,
Must be able to use general office machines
Knowledge of the geographical service area is a plus
Strong work ethic, activity level, initiative and integrity
Think quickly and handle fast-paced situations
Be able to multi-task while completing the tasks at hand efficiently and
correctly
Schedule appointments for our customers in our dispatching software
Experiences with Quick Books
This position is: Monday - Friday 8am to 4:30pm
