If you recognize yourself from the description above, then PetHub, the leader in lost pet recovery solutions, wants to meet you! We are looking for a new team member to join our fun, quickly growing start-up company.

Its a full-time gig the hours may vary, but are pretty flexible. It is a multifaceted position (yay, hats!) comprised of production coordination, customer order fulfillment, assistance with sales accounts and projects, trade show coordination, and inventory management.

Responsibilities include:

B2B production order processing & managing

B2C order fulfillment

Inventory ordering, organization and tracking

Asset assembly & packaging

Trade show planning & coordination

Light operational administrative duties

Desired Experience:

Sales, vendor and/or customer accounts management

Packing, shipping and receiving

Event Coordination and Logistics

E-commerce platforms (e.g. Volusion/Shopify, etc.), Account Management programs (Quickbooks, etc) & CRM systems (e.g. Infusionsoft, Salesforce etc.)

College education preferred

Requirements:

Excellent oral and written communication skills, including impeccable spelling and grammar

Top-notch organizational skills

Strong computer skills & ability to learn new systems quickly

Strong Microsoft Office or Google Docs proficiency (document creation, spreadsheets, slide decks, etc)

Basic accounting skills (this position will enter vendor bills and sales accounts receivable into Quickbooks)

Strong interpersonal skills

Positive attitude with the ability to ask for help when it is required

Able to interact pleasantly with customers and suppliers

Must be able to lift 30 lbs. regularly, and occasionally heavier (e.g. 50 lbs.)

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Strong attention to detail (to the point of obsession)

Responsible, reliable and committed to excellence

Must love dogs (we have several dogs in the office)

Hours are flexible, occasional evening hours are required in order to communicate with overseas vendors.
