Job Description
Patriot Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is an Authorized, independent provider of heating & cooling products, looking for bright and enthusiastic individuals who have the ability to positively interact with our customers. Get paid to help Home Depot customers throughout the store and educate them on the heating and air conditioning services, water heaters and water treatment.
We have been locally owned and operated for over 12 years and are experiencing an exceptional amount of growth! We are on the hunt for part time lead generators to engage Home Depot customers, building the value of Patriot's installation services. As a Patriot employee you will work within the Home Depot store in Wenatchee the majority of the time and occasionally at our office at 536 S. Chelan Ave. in Wenatchee doing training or reports related to lead generation.
This is a flexible, part-time role. Please provide your ideal schedule with application.
We will provide all the necessary training.
To perform this job successfully, employee must be self-motivated and have the ability to stay on task with minimal to no supervision. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required:
This position requires you to walk or stand for the majority of a 4 - 6 hour shift.
Reliable transportation to commute.
You will engage Home Depot customers to provide their name, address, phone number, e-mail address, and availability, for the purpose of generating leads and/or appointments.
Maintain a friendly, helpful, optimistic attitude.
Distribute informational literature to Home Depot customers.
Answer questions / offer information about the equipment, any "specials" that are available, or the company.
Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the display areas and product literature
Great oral and written communication skills.
Must be a self-starter and able to accomplish tasks in a timely manner.
Pre-employment drug screening and criminal history report.
Salary $12 - 13 Per hour plus incentives up to $18 per hour
