Job Description & Responsibilities

As a retail sales consultant, youâre directly responsible for assisting new and existing customer, for meeting and exceeding company and location production standards and for handling customer interactions while making equitable decisions for the customer and the company. Additionally, youâll be expected to solicit, coordinate, schedule and participate in fun community events. Youâll be a team player, constantly supporting other team members and setting an example of outstanding personal an professional conduct. Most importantly, youâll be the one in charge of creating the ideal customer experience with each and every customer.
To be successful in this position, youâll be required to stay up-to-date on the latest devices and technology and understand how to match customers needs and wants with solutions.

Qualifications
As a retail sales consultant, you must be self-motivated and results driven with a commitment to creating the best possible experience for our customers. This will require you display a positive and enthusiastic attitude as well as a willingness to learn all you can about our wide range of Sprint products. It is also important that you have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as outstanding interpersonal skills.
Must be age 18 and have obtained at minimum a high school diploma or GED
Experience in retail sales or customer service with an outstanding attitude
Process proven communication skills
Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
