We have an excellent opportunity for a Tech Support Specialist I at our Wenatchee location. Primary job function is to provide user support, problem analysis and resolution, general technical assistance and maintenance of computers for end users. Provides regular system maintenance and upgrades. Position requires regular direction and performance monitoring.
The successful candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, Associates in Computer Science is preferred. One or more years of technical help desk experience is preferred. A+ Certification is preferred.
