Starting wage $16.50 an hour.

Job Description:
JOB PURPOSE
To work with the Training Manager to help enforce good production practices. To keep Production moving with minimal interruptions and quality issues.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY SUMMARY
This position will cover the following duties:
1. Control production processes to maintain quality
2. Catch production problems early to address them
3. Enforce that processes are being done as designed
4. Make final calls for Q.C. returns and facilitate making sure the Q.C. returns are completed.
5. Maintain and print ID internal labels for W.O.’s.
6. Change and maintain Auto cut machine hot/cold.
7. General Machine support and repair
8. Production Strategy Meetings
9. Document items for ISO conformance
