I am looking for a lead that I can build a great team around and ideally run a job top to bottom or close to it short of subs.
I envision this individual being easy to work with, a self-starter and get the most out of my laborer without running them off.
I am entering my sixth year owning my construction company, we are a small, busy outfit and looking for someone to grow with us.
More than bang it out hurry, hurry I want to be known for impeccable craftsmanship throughout to the finish.
We do New Construction, Mostly Remodels, Including but not limited too, Additions, Garages, Bathrooms, Kitchens, Framing, Drywall, Texture, Trim, Tile, Hardwood Floors, Paint, etc and all of the in-between to finish.
I am looking for an easy-going hard working individual that is not afraid to get dirty.
When doing the finishing aspects is clean and has meticulous attention to detail.
Wage is D.O.E.
Must have reliable transportation ( Ideally a truck or Work van) and be fairly tooled up.
Looking for a full and part-time position to fill
