This position is for a production manager; the role will start off as a part-time job with potential to turn into full-time within the next year.
What you'll be doing:
Working closely with contractors and employee crews to complete the job on time.
Helping customers prepare for their paint job. This includes helping them find colors, helping them with
approval from their HOA, and scheduling the start date.
Maintaining clear and thorough communication with our customers.
Managing the production schedule to ensure jobs are delivered in a timely and high quality manner.
Resolving any and all customer complaints or issues that arise.
Take care of our customers for positive reviews and ongoing referrals.
What we're looking for:
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to solve problems.
Customer service experience & strong communication skills.
Management experience is preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Word & Excel.
Leadership & Entrepreneurial values.
Compensation is commission based:
$20,000-$30,000 per year with room for growth
