What We’re Looking For
Minimum 5 years of experience operating heavy equipment on civil projects
Ability to lead and coordinate crew members
Strong commitment to safety and quality work
Familiarity with WSDOT standards (preferred)
Experience with various shoring procedures and systems, including trench shields, hydraulic shores, sheet piling, soldier piles and lagging, sloping and benching, with competent person training/certification
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
