HVAC Service Technician – 06A / 06B Licensed – Great Pay + Independence (Wenatchee, WA)
Compensation: Base wage $35–$45/hr depending on experience + generous performance/commission pay (earnings well above typical wage for the right person).

What you’ll be doing:
Diagnose, service and repair residential HVAC systems
Present repair or replacement options to customers
Perform high-quality installations and change-outs
Manage your own jobs start to finish
Deliver top-notch customer service every time
What we need from you:
WA State Electrical License 06A (06B also considered)
EPA Certification
Minimum 3 years HVAC experience
Strong communication and customer-presentation skills
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
Professional, self-motivated and reliable
