Patriot Plumbing, Heating & Cooling Inc has an opening for an experienced residential plumbing technician. This position gives you the opportunity to work at an expert level and utilize your skills to provide the highest technical service. We are looking for people who want to use the best tools, processes and customer service to work in a way that is far and above the industry standard. We encourage the use of specialty tools and the best techniques. We don't use rule of thumb measurements or opinions about what we think a customer should do. We measure to the highest level and offer honest straight forward options.

This position is not a selling position. You will offer options for repairs using upfront no surprises pricing. If you think you can perform to this level, this position is not for you. If you KNOW you can work at this level, have wanted to work this way for a long time, and have been looking for the opportunity to work with a company that does not hold you back, than this is where you need to be. We have high standards and hold people accountable to them. However, we do not micro manage our technicians so you will work on your own a lot and develop relationships of trust and respect with our customers. You will begin to feel like your truck is your own little business.

Because of our standards and high expectations, this is a high paying job with opportunities for growth in personal development, leadership, retirement funds and pay. We offer above average pay, health insurance benefits, health, dental, vision, life and long term disability insurance, 401k matching retirement savings plan, paid vacation and common paid holidays.

I understand you may be employed elsewhere. I am not wanting to steal a tech for $1 an hour more. I am wanting to offer you the opportunity you know you deserve and build a long-term relationship. If you were to leave your job where you fill a respected role now, I would expect you to give them two weeks to a month notice. This is not a "get a warm body in a truck as soon as possible". If you are interested, lets meet for coffee or something else that is private. It will be obvious right away if we are a good match.

Requirement: PL01 or PL02 license - State of Washington
