General Contractor filling an open leadership position.
At least 3 years of residential construction supervising experience required. Will be responsible for performing - scheduling - and monitoring job activities and production as well as assuring safety standards are met. Full job description will be discussed with successful candidates.
This position requires journey level carpenter skills in all phases of residential construction. Ability to perform heavy physical tasks and work in an outdoor environment typically associated with home building.
*Must have ability to read and understand complex blueprints.
*No drug or alcohol issues.
*Basic Tools (skilsaw - cordless drills -stocked carpenter bags for example) and reliable transportation required as well as a valid drivers license.
*Experience in custom homes and remodel a must.
*Quality detail oriented.
* Proficient in written and verbal English skills. Bilingual a plus.
