Western Peterbilt is hiring for a Cashier/Receptionist Position. This person will greet visitors, handles incoming calls, cash flows, and performs general administrative duties. Also may assist other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry and internet research tasks.
Responsibilities
Answer multi-line phone system
Mail processing and delivery
Incoming check batching
Electronic check deposit
Invoice processing
A/P check release, mailing and clearing
External and internal customer service
Maintenance of phone lines
Management of purchase order books
Faxing and copying of documents as needed
Balance cash daily
Reconcile cash with accounting reports daily
Assist accounting and collections with local customers
Filing of documents
Make bank deposits
Minimum Job Qualifications
18 years of age
High school graduate, GED, or one year work experience
Desired Job Qualifications
Customer service experience
Basic to Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong organization, communication, and telephone skills
