Ambitions of Washington is seeking to fill a Program Manager position in our Yakima office. The Program Manager is directly responsible for the development and implementation of instruction and support services in compliance with Washington State laws and regulations, as well as within DDA and Ambitions policies.
Primary duties include: developing, coordinating, and scheduling client services; recruiting, training, and scheduling employees; and maintaining and updating client and employee records. The Program Manager reports to the Program Supervisor and may act in the absence of the state administrator in necessary.
Required qualifications for the Program Manager position: Minimum of 4 years of DD service experience including a minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Ambitions manager responsible for service plan development and implementation.
or Bachelor’s degree or higher in a Human Services Field, or an RN licensed to practice in WA State.
or Bachelor’s degree or higher in a non-human service field, AND a minimum of 2 years DD experience as a manager responsible for service plan development and implementation.
Must possess computer skills to include word processing, spreadsheets, and database experience.
Other Employment requirements: Possess a valid WA state Driver's License, a vehicle to use on a daily basis for work purposes(mileage reimbursement provided), proof of auto insurance, and ability to pass a criminal background check.
