We are seeking a full-time bookkeeper who is proficient in the full accounting cycle. This person must enjoy working with people and be able to juggle a number of tasks throughout the day. This position will require an individual that is coachable and willing to build rapport with our team.
Job requirements & qualifications
Relevant experience in accounting or bookkeeping
Proficiency with Excel and other MS Office products
Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software
Job duties & responsibilities
Payroll
Quarterly reports
Accounts payable
Accounts receivable
Bank reconciliation
Monthly excise/B&O tax returns
Project work, as assigned
Required Skills
Ability to work effectively and efficiently manage time
Comfortable with technology, learning new software and apps
Willing to take the initiative on problem-solving; strive to make improvements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Pays strict attention to detail
Self-starter with the ability to work independently to resolve problems
