Property management business hiring for clerical/office assistant position in Ellensburg. Monday through Friday 8:45 am “ 4:00 pm, totaling 36.25 hours per week. Lunch period is in-office, paid time. As the first person clients encounter, this person must be friendly and professional. Wide variety of tasks include but are not limited to: data entry, handling and filing paperwork, receiving and recording payments, greeting and assisting clients in office, answering busy multiline phone system, email correspondence, relaying messages and information to other staff, taking maintenance requests, keeping office clean and tidy, showing available rentals, scheduling appointments and running errands. This is a do it all position and may evolve to include additional tasks.

Comfortable dealing with large volume of people

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Comfortable with busy multi line phone system

Experience with computers, good typing skills, and able to learn new software

Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel

Experience with Quickbooks is a plus

Qualifications and Requirements:

High school diploma required

Valid drivers license required

Office experience preferred “ will train the right candidate

2 year college education preferred
