Hours:
4 days per week 8:00am to 5:00pm
Duties include:
Answering phones, take and relay messages
Greeting visitors and job applicants
Payroll data entry
Accounts payable data entry
Other general office responsibilities
Assist with new hire training and orientation
Light office cleaning (dusting, vacuuming)
Qualifications:
Bi-lingual English/Spanish
Attention to details
Able to work in a small office setting
Computer experience Microsoft Excel
Additional preferred qualifications:
Experience completing I-9 and W-4 forms and other new hire paperwork
Compensation & Benefits:
$15.00/hour
