Western Peterbilt is hiring for an Operations Support Representative who supports the parts and Service departments in the store. The duties include greeting visitors, handling incoming calls and performing general daily duties. This position may also assist other staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry and internet research tasks.

Minimum Job Qualifications

18 years of age, high school diploma or GED

1 year work experience

Desired Job Qualifications

Demonstrated skills with MS Office Suite

Excellent interpersonal and written skills

Ability to read technical procedures

Ability to write reports and business correspondence

Ability to effectively respond to questions from clients, customers, and the general public

Fluent in Spanish
