Two opening for the following positions:
Cashier: Must be hard-working, and team oriented individuals. The store strives to have outgoing and passionate associates that are looking for long-term employment. Cashiers will assist the management team with the activities and operations of the store, while abiding by State regulations and company policies and procedures. Cashiers must possess exceptional customer service skills, desire to learn about our products and services, have basic computer skills, including Point of Sale software and cash management, strong attention to detail, a team-player mentality, an outgoing attitude, and a strong work ethic.
Cashier
The Cashier employed are responsible for the following tasks during their shift:
- Assist management in the day-to-day retail operations
- Assist customers in a professional manner
- Educate themselves and customers on the product sold
- Assure the store is organized, tidy, and clean at all times
- Assure all product is stocked out front
- Complete any Side Work requirements of the assigned shift
- Maintain a professional demeanor
Security: Must have a strong work ethic and take their position seriously. Individuals hired for this position are trusted to conduct the most crucial job. Security will serve the store by protecting it against anyone under legal age from attempting to enter the premises. They are responsible to monitor every individual no matter what age they appear, or if they are a known repeat customer, by checking identification immediately upon the customer entering the door. Security will scan every ID with the provided scanner to assure legitimate identification. Security will immediately notify management if an underage customer attempts to enter the premises. Security will also make sure nobody is acting aggressively or destructively, and protects property and equipment from damage. If a person is acting in ill-will, it is the Security job duty to remove the individual from the property and promptly inform management of the incident. If necessary, the Security will alert the proper authorities for assistance.
Security
The Security employed are responsible for the following tasks during their shift:
- Must check the identification of every individual that enters the store
- Must run every ID through the provided scanner
- Must not leave their work station
- Must assure the safety of Cashier
- Must escort the closing Cashier to take out the trash and to their car
- Must maintain ordinance of the store
